Rabbanit Michal Efraty

Michal Efraty teaches in Maharat's Advanced Kollel: Executive Ordination Track. She received the love of learning Torah from her father and the respect for its learners from her mother. Michal studied for two years at the Midreshet Ein Hanaziv and holds a bachelor's degree in Jewish History from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is a graduate of Hamachon Hatalmudi at Matan Jerusalem and the Ariel Foundation, the foundation that trains Yoatzot Halacha, at Midreshet Nishmat. Michal was a Ramit and taught Gemara and Halakha at Midreshet Ein Hanaziv and participated in the writing of study booklets on family purity laws at the Tsurva Merbanan Institute. For the past four years, Michal and her family were on mission of WZO and the Israeli Ministry of Education in Milan, Italy. As part of this mission, Michal taught Tanakh, Hebrew and Halakha in the Israeli high school of the Merkos Le'inyonei Chinuch, Milan. Michal and her husband Shai live in Beit Shemesh with their four children.
